Classic Spaghetti Bolognese


  • 1 x packet of Italian spaghetti pasta

  • 1 x jar of La Bella Buon Appetito Bolognese Pasta Sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp rosemary, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 400g beef mince

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 red capsicum diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Parmesan cheese, to serve


  1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry chopped rosemary, crushed garlic, 400g beef mince, thinly sliced, onion and iced red capsicum.

  3. Cook until the onions are soft and beef starts to brown.

  4. Reduce heat and add La Bella Buon Appetitio Bolognese sauce and simmer until the beef is cooked and the capsicum tender.
